2024 IPO: Promoter Buys 110000 Shares in the Past Four Weeks

The promoter of Kross Ltd, Sudhir Rai, has been actively purchasing shares, showcasing confidence in the company’s growth potential. His latest acquisition, dated December 12, 2024, involves 35,000 equity shares valued at Rs 76,96,500. Earlier on November 29, 2024, he bought 25,000 shares for Rs 54,97,000. Prior to that, on November 19, 2024, Sudhir Rai acquired 50,000 shares worth Rs 98,20,000.
In total, Sudhir Rai has purchased 1,10,000 equity shares in the past three weeks, with the combined value of these transactions amounting to Rs 2,30,13,500. This buying spree underscores the promoter's optimism in the company’s future.
Q2 FY25 Financial Results
Kross Ltd reported a mixed performance in its Q2 FY25 financial results compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations declined marginally by 4.1 per cent to Rs 139 crore, down from Rs 144.9 crore in Q2 FY24. Despite this dip in revenue, the company delivered a steady performance in terms of profitability.
EBITDA for the quarter grew slightly by 0.4 per cent, reaching Rs 18.2 crore in Q2 FY25 compared to Rs 18.1 crore in Q2 FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded by 60 basis points, standing at 13.1per cent in Q2 FY25, up from 12.5 per cent in the corresponding period last year.
Notably, the company reported a significant 10.8 per cent year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT), which stood at Rs 9.6 crore in Q2 FY25, compared to Rs 8.7 crore in Q2 FY24.
