On May 10, 2023, Cera Sanitaryware Limited announced its quarterly and annual results for the year ended March 31, 2023. The total income of the company for Q4FY23, stood at Rs 544.92 crore which grew by 21.91 per cent YoY. The operating profit of the company stood at Rs 99.59 crore, growing 9.23 per cent YoY while the PAT of the company grew by 18.37 per cent YoY staying at Rs 63.16 crore.
The board of the company has also approved a dividend of Rs 50 per share (1000 per cent) of face value of Rs 5.00 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited within 30 days from the date of declaration.
The company has also announced a Rs 29 crore capex for financial year 2023-24 towards automation and balancing equipment of sanitaryware and faucetware plants, IT updation, staff quarters, CERA Style Studio and other routine Capex.
