Additionally, The Board have declared a second interim dividend for 2023 of Rs140 per equity share (Face value Rs 10/- per equity share) amounting to Rs 1,349.82 crore, which will be paid on and from November 16, 2023. This is in addition to the first interim dividend of Rs 27 per equity share paid on May 08, 2023.
Quarterly Results: The net sales increased by 9.45 per cent to Rs 5,036.82 crore, operating profit increased by 21.59 per cent to Rs 1,258.24 crore and net profit increased by 37.27 per cent to Rs 908.08 crore in Q3FY23 compared to Q3FY22. (Company follows calendar year format.)
