Zuari Agro Chemicals proliferates more than 13 per cent today
Recently, Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given a nod for the acquisition of Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd's Zuarinagar plant by Paradeep Phosphates
On Monday, Zuari Agro Cemicals Ltd rose beyond 13 per cent on an intraday basis.
The stock of the company was trading at Rs 149.80, which is 13.66 per cent up as compared to the previous trading session. The company's share zoomed 49.08 per cent in a month whereas in a one-year period, the stock has given 47.85 per cent to its shareholders.
Recently, Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given a nod for the acquisition of Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd's Zuarinagar plant by Paradeep Phosphates. Pradeep Phosphates will be acquiring the business of developing as well as manufacturing urea and non-urea fertiliser products presently carried out by Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd at its Goa plant as a going concern on a slump sale basis.
