It has received approval for the acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding of Blink Advisory Services (CareerSocially) for consideration of upto USD 3 million. At 1:05 pm, the stock price, jumped 3.84 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 90.50.
Eros International Media Ltd, a global player within the Indian media and entertainment industry and is primarily engaged in the business of film production, exploitation and distribution. The company said that its subsidiary, Eros International Media, is planning to raise around Rs 405 crore of equity capital by a public issuance of convertible warrants in India. At 1:05 pm, the stock price rallied 4.21 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 27.25.
Delhivery Ltd , a constituent of BSE IPO index, provides a full range of logistics services. On May 24, the company has been granted a US patent for its proprietary technology product, Addfix. At 1:05 pm, the stock price, surged 5.57 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 533.45.
