Nifty 50 index is now trading at a level of 18,047, up by 110 points from its previous finish. Likewise, Bank Nifty jumped 192 points and was spotted at the 40,766 level. Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) turned out to be the net buyers of shares worth Rs 2,049.65 crore on September 12 while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were the net sellers of shares worth Rs 890.51 crore.
