At 11:31 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, is trading in red, down by 400 points to 60,633 levels. In the broader market, S&P BSE Mid-Cap index similarly dropped 201 points to trade at the 25,481 mark. The S&P BSE Small-Cap index also slipped by 264 points to 28,932 levels.
The Nifty 50 index too is trading on the lower side, down by 115 points at 18,041. The Bank Nifty similarly fell by 337 points and is presently trading at 41,446 levels.
On November 09, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), were net sellers of shares worth Rs 1,060.12 crores. Whereas, domestic institutional investors (DIIs), also turned out to be net buyers of shares worth Rs 386.83 crore.
