Varroc Engineering signs MoU with Candera GmbH for integrating HMI technology
Varroc Engineering Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Candera GmbH for a strategic association to integrate the human machine interface (HMI) technology in Varroc’s thin-film-transistor (TFT) instrument cluster.
Varroc’s TFT instrument cluster offers complete customisation of interface and an array of other features such as navigation, day and night modes, Bluetooth connectivity, AES encryption, and mobile phone synchronisation.
According to the MoU, Varroc will develop the hardware and base software of the product. On the other hand, Candera will provide software solutions for HMI. This MoU will enable both the companies to respond to automotive application opportunities in India as well as the global markets with shorter lead time and cost-optimised solutions.

At 12.49 pm on Wednesday, the stock of Varroc Engineering was trading 0.35 per cent down at Rs 387.30 from its previous close of Rs 388.65 on BSE.
