The company’s shares have delivered an impressive return of over 115 per cent in the past 6 months only.

ANI Integrated Services Ltd, incorporated in 2008, has expanded its footprint by securing a prestigious empanelment contract from Engineers India Limited (EIL) for the hiring of Human Resources (excluding Modellers).

The company currently, operates across four verticals—manpower deputation, operations and maintenance, project and consulting services, and detailed engineering—ANI will support EIL's HR needs within India. The contract has a maximum service allocation value of Rs 157.29 crore per year, capped at Rs 173.48 crore over three years. The contract is expected to be executed by September 30, 2027.

On Monday, the company’s shares closed the day at around Rs 185.60 per share and the current market capitalization stands at Rs 192.14 crore. Additionally, the shares have delivered an impressive multibagger return of around 200 per cent in the past 1 year only.

As per the Quarterly Results, in the Q1 FY25, ANI Integrated Services Ltd recorded a revenue of Rs 53.02 crore compared to Rs 41.20 crore representing a gain of around 28.70 per cent YoY. It reported an operating profit of Rs 2.83 crore with an operating profit margin of around 5.34 per cent which was earlier a profit of Rs 1.42 crore and a margin of around 3.45 per cent in the same quarter last year. The net profit stood at Rs 1.68 crore. Looking at the annual performance, the company generated a revenue of Rs 188 crore in FY24 compared to Rs 158 crore. The operating profit for FY24 was Rs 10 crore with a net profit of Rs 6 crore compared to a profit of Rs 3 crore in FY23.
