Meanwhile, Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd, and KNR Constructions Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. Barring Jain Irrigation Systems, the other two companies have not made any announcements lately. Hence, the rally in their share prices could purely be driven by market forces.

On Tuesday after the market hours, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary JITBV will merge its international irrigation business with Rivulis Pte Ltd, (a part of Singapore-based Temasek Group). As a part of this development, the company agreed to sign a licence and supply agreement along with a trademark licence agreement with the merged entity.
