Top three stocks that witnessed heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
After gaining 1.02 per cent in the previous trading session, the rally in the broad market index S&P BSE Sensex continued today. The index rose from the levels of 57,037.50 in the previous trading session to 57,462.61 in today’s session, an increase of 0.75 per cent.
During this time, Angel One Ltd, IIFL Securities Ltd, and Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd were the top three gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session.
Angel One Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 stock, jumped 8.49 per cent on the bourses. At 9.07 am, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 1,763, an increase of Rs 137.95 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 1,625.05 on BSE.
IIFL Securities Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, rallied 5.62 per cent within the first ten minutes of the pre-opening session. At 9.07 am, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 101.50, an increase of Rs 5.40 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 96.10 on BSE.
At the same time, the shares of Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd, another S&P BSE 500 company, soared 5.29 per cent on the bourses. At 9.07 am, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 71.70, an increase of Rs 3.60 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 68.10 on BSE.
