These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 92.67 points or 0.12 per cent. By 9.16 am, the index stood at 76,633.55 signifying a loss of 409.27 points or 0.53 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.09 per cent, power zoomed by 0.19 and auto slipped by 0.13 per cent.
Meanwhile, West Coast Paper Mills Ltd, Orient Electric Ltd, and Reliance Industries Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
West Coast Paper Mills Ltd rallied 6.75 per cent to trade at Rs 579 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Orient Electric Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 4.5 per cent to trade at Rs 245 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Reliance Industries Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.45 per cent to trade at Rs 1325 apiece. In Q3 FY25, Reliance Industries reported a 7.7 per cent Y-o-Y increase in gross revenue to Rs 267,186 crore, driven by strong growth in JPL (19.2 per cent) and RRVL (8.8 per cent) due to tariff revisions, festive demand, and wedding season. O2C revenue rose 6 per cent with higher volumes, while Oil & Gas revenue declined 5.2 per cent due to lower volumes and price realizations. EBITDA grew 7.8 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 48,003 crore, supported by robust growth in JPL (18.8 per cent) and RRVL (9.5 per cent). Profit after tax increased by 11.7 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 21,930 crore, while capital expenditure for the quarter was Rs 32,259 crore.
