These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 593.10 points or 0.77 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 77,124.24 signifying a gain of 400.16 points or 0.52 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 1.23 per cent, power zoomed by 1.91 and auto soared by 0.85 per cent.
Meanwhile, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Azad Engineering Ltd, and Adani Power Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Adani Green Energy Ltd rallied 6.57 per cent to trade at Rs 1,103 apiece. The company has announced operation performance for 9MFY25. In which Operational capacity increased by 37 per cent YoY to 11,609 MW with greenfield addition of 2,693 MW solar and 438 MW wind power plants, Sale of Energy increased by 23 per cent YoY at 20,108 mn units in 9M FY25, backed by robust capacity addition, Steady growth in generation at a CAGR of 49 per cent over the last 4 years with increasing proportion of Merchant power, Consistently generating electricity significantly above commitment under PPA, Solar portfolio CUF at 23.5 per cent backed by 99.4 per cent plant availability, Wind portfolio CUF at 29.2 per cent backed by 95.0 per cent plant availability, Hybrid portfolio CUF at 39.8 per cent backed by 99.7 per cent plant availability
Azad Engineering Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 6.45 per cent to trade at Rs 1,684.90 apiece. The company has signed a long term supply agreement with GE VERNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC, USA for the supply of highly engineered, complex rotating and stationary Airfoils for Advanced Gas Turbine Engines to meet their global demand in power generation industry. This current phase of the contract, valued at approximately USD 112 Million (Approximately Rs 960 Crores) is a robust step towards cementing our everlasting strategic relationship with GE VERNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC, USA.
Adani Power Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 6.19 per cent to trade at Rs 583.30 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
