Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 30.08 points or 0.04 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 82,014.06 signifying a loss of 187.1 points or 0.23 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals Jumped by 0.42 per cent, power zoomed by 0.22 and auto soared by 0.02 per cent.

Meanwhile, VST Industries Ltd, Satin Creditcare Network Ltd and VA Tech Wabag Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

VST Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.99 per cent to trade at 475 apiece. Company has given the intimation of receipt of In-principle Approval for bonus Issue. The company proposed the issuance and allotment of 15,44,19,200 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, as bonus shares. These shares will be issued in a 10:1 ratio, meaning that shareholders will receive 10 new fully paid-up equity shares for every 1 existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 held in the company.

Satin Creditcare Network Ltd rallied 7.25 per cent to trade at Rs 226.30 apiece. The company announced the successful closure of its first Pass-Through Certificate (PTC) transaction with HSBC India. The transaction, valued at Rs 119.12 crore, was concluded with a coupon rate of 9.30 per cent.

VA Tech Wabag Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 6.47 per cent to trade at Rs 1,374 apiece. The company wins an order from Saudi Water Authority worth USD 317 Million (`SAR 1,190 Million / `Rs 2,700 Crores) towards a 300 MLD Mega Sea Water Desalination Plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
