Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 420.95 points or 0.57 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 74,049.10 signifying a gain of 400.48 points or 0.54 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.31 per cent, power gained 0.71 and auto rose by 0.60 per cent.
Meanwhile, Tejas Networks Ltd, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd and Inox Wind Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Tejas Networks Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 11.92 per cent to trade at Rs 1013.70 apiece.
Hatsun Agro Product Ltd rallied 9.61 per cent to trade at Rs 1122.05 apiece.
Inox Wind Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 7.96 per cent to trade at Rs 640.00 apiece.
