These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 957.87 points or 1.30 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 73,764.12 signifying a loss of 139.79 points or 0.19 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.03 per cent, power gained 0.15 and auto fell by 0.10 per cent.
Meanwhile, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, IFCI Ltd and Anupam Rasayan India Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 16.39 per cent to trade at Rs 1268.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
IFCI Ltd rallied 4.98 per cent to trade at Rs 45.94 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Anupam Rasayan India Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.55 per cent to trade at Rs 924.00 apiece. The company has signed Letter of Intent worth revenue of ~$90 Mn (Rs 743 crores) over next 7 years with one of the leading Japanese company to supply two advance intermediates using fluorination chemistry.
