Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a slight gain of 32.68 points or 0.05 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 72,219.01 signifying a loss of 21.25 points or 0.03 per cent over its previous closing. 

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.50 per cent, power gained 0.43 and auto rose by 0.31 per cent. 

Meanwhile, Kaveri Seed Company Ltd, Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd and Indoco Remedies Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Kaveri Seed Company Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 7.19 per cent to trade at Rs 657.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd rallied 6.95 per cent to trade at Rs 271.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Indoco Remedies Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 5.76 per cent to trade at Rs 416.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
