Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 134.28 points or 0.21 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index further strengthened stood at 65,729.65 signifying a gain of 296.35 points or 0.45 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.28 per cent, power gained 0.45 and auto rose by 0.48 per cent.
Meanwhile, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd, MTAR Technologies Ltd and RattanIndia Power Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 12.17 per cent to trade at Rs 804.95 apiece.

MTAR Technologies Ltd rallied 8.30 per cent to trade at Rs 2405.00 apiece.
The shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd and MTAR Technologies Ltd rallied on the back of successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon.
RattanIndia Power Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 7.14 per cent to trade at Rs 5.85 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
