Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 133.09 points or 0.21 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index weakened and stood flat at 63,140.17 signifying a slight decline of 2.79 points over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.17 per cent, power gained 0.35 and auto rose by 0.27 per cent.
Meanwhile, RattanIndia Power Ltd, Brightcom Group Ltd and Jindal Poly Films Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
RattanIndia Power Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 5.00 per cent to trade at Rs 4.20 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

Brightcom Group Ltd rallied 4.96 per cent to trade at Rs 22.64 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Jindal Poly Films Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.09 per cent to trade at Rs 700.00 apiece. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire the 100 per cent shareholding of JPF Netherlands Investment B.V., a Netherlands based entity, which is engaged into the business of packaging films business through its three operational wholly owned subsidiaries based out of France, Italy, and United Kingdom.
