These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 122.81 points or 0.20 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index further strengthened at 61,256.99 signifying a gain of 103.95 points or 0.17 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.10 per cent, power fell by 0.23 and auto gained 0.77 per cent.
Meanwhile, Olectra Greentech Ltd, Mirza International Ltd and Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Olectra Greentech Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.85 per cent to trade at Rs 689.00 apiece. The stock jumped as the company reported excellent financial performance with 52 per cent rise in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.
