Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 232.57 points or 0.38 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index was trading at the level of 60,678.30, signifying loss of 127.92 points or 0.21 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals got hammered by 0.38 per cent, power strengthened by 1 per cent whereas auto surged by 0.10 per cent.
Meanwhile, Eris Lifesciences Ltd, HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd and MTAR Technologies Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Eris Lifesciences Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged 8.19 per cent to trade at Rs 689.85 apiece. This rally comes ahead of the company's analyst / institutional investor meeting, which is set to be held today.
HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd, an S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 4.46 per cent to trade at Rs 300 apiece. Yesterday, the company announced its Q3FY23 results. During the quarter, the company's revenue grew by 19 per cent on YoY basis to Rs 424.7 crore.
MTAR Technologies Ltd, another S&P BSE SmallCap company, climbed 3.23 per cent to trade at Rs 1761.05 apiece. Yesterday the company announced its Q3FY23 results. As per the exchange filing, the company's revenue from operations doubled to Rs 160.2 crore in Q3FY23 as against Rs 78.1 crore in Q3FY22, signifying a 105.1 per cent increase YoY.
