Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 244.58 points or 0.39 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index strengthened to 62,741.77, signifying gains of 59.93 points or 0.10 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals and auto were trading flat, whereas power strengthened by 0.3 per cent .
Meanwhile, Gokaldas Exports Ltd, LT Foods Ltd and KRBL Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. Barring Gokaldas Exports Ltd, the other two companies have not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in their share prices could be driven purely by the market forces.
Gokaldas Exports Ltd, an S&P BSE SmallCap company, surged 4.37 per cent to trade at Rs 392 apiece. Yesterday the company announced that a meeting with Institutional Investors / Research Analysts will be held on November 30, 2022, with the senior management of the company.
LT Foods Ltd, another S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 4.22 per cent to trade at Rs 116.05 apiece.
KRBL Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 3.93 per cent to trade at Rs 411 apiece.
