Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session on April 09, 2025

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in Red with a loss of 110.85 points or 0.00 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 84,843.12, signifying a gain of 70.92 points or 0.08 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals slipped by 0.08 per cent, power zoomed by 0.09 and auto soared by 0.29 per cent.

Meanwhile, Pricol Ltd, Aurionpro Solutions Ltd and Senco Gold Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Pricol Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 5.38 per cent to trade at Rs 434.20 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 5.13 per cent to trade at Rs 1,489.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Senco Gold Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.99 per cent to trade at Rs 317.90 apiece. Driven by robust wedding season demand in Q4, Senco Gold Ltd reported a 23 per cent year-on-year retail growth and 18.4 per cent same-store sales growth (SSSG), despite rising gold prices, achieving its highest-ever Q4 revenue of over Rs 1,300 crore. For the full year, the company crossed Rs 6,200 crore in topline, recording around 19.4 per cent YoY retail growth and 14.6 per cent SSSG, with non-East India revenue surpassing Rs 1,100 crore. Diamond jewellery demand also witnessed a substantial 39 per cent YoY growth in Q4 and 14.6 per cent in FY25, while coin and bullion sales contributed 4 per cent of total sales. Supported by positive demand trends and new store rollouts, Senco expects a strong Q1 FY26 performance during Poila Baisakh and Akshay Tritiya, with over 18 per cent YoY growth.
