This small-cap waste management company bags a work order worth Rs 1024 crore!
The contract is a first of its kind for the company and the project entails the collection, transportation, processing & disposal of construction & demolition waste.
On February 6, 2023, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited informed in the exchange filing that, its wholly owned subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited secured an order worth Rs 1024 crore. The order is for the collection, transportation, processing and disposal of construction & demolition waste in the western division of Mumbai.
Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd is engaged in the business of mechanical power sweeping of roads, collection and transportation of waste, and waste to energy projects and undertakes the designing, construction, operation and maintenance of the integrated waste management facility in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. The company is one of the top five players in the Indian municipal waste management industry with a track record of 20 years.
Today, the stock opened at Rs 278.45, with a high and low of Rs 287.35 and Rs 278.45. The stock closed trading at Rs 283.65, down by 3.21 per cent.
