Anant Raj Ltd, an S&P BSE smallcap stock has hit the upper circuit of 10 per cent after the company released its Q3FY22 results last evening. Owing to this, the company has topped the list of BSE gainers in ‘the A’ group.

In Q3FY22, on a consolidated basis, the revenue was up by 34 per cent YoY to Rs 97.37 crore. Its PBIDT (ex OI) increased by 137.26 per cent YoY to Rs 22.54 crore while the corresponding margin expanded by 1008 bps to 23.15 per cent. The PAT rallied by 295 per cent YoY to Rs 10 crore while the corresponding margin expanded by 680 bps YoY to 10.28 per cent.
Established in 1969, the company was one of the main contractor that was recruited by major Government Agencies such as DDA, MES, PWD, CPWD, etc. Today, it is one of the largest real estate developers in the Delhi, NCR Region and is into almost all verticals of real estate.
At 11.27 am, the share price of Anant Raj Ltd hit the upper circuit of Rs 73.55, a 10 per cent increase from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 66.90 on BSE.
