Another positive point from the results perspective was that gross non-performing assets fell to 3.8 per cent from 4.08 per cent year-on-year. The company has a loan book of Rs 78256.33 crore as of FY22. The net NPA of the company is 0.51 per cent for FY22, which is quite good.
Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) is in the business of lending to housing and urban development activities. The majority of the company's revenue comes from Andra Pradesh and Telangana, where the company operates at full capacity.
In three trading sessions, the stock has returned more than 15 per cent to investors. It has delivered 31 per cent returns in one month and 44 per cent returns in 6 months.
