The 52-week high refers to the highest market price of a given security over a 52-week (one year) period.
After opening in the green and trading in the positive territory during the morning session, the domestic benchmark indices drifted towards the red zone post noon on Tuesday. At 1.10 pm, both Sensex and Nifty plunged 0.06 per cent & 0.11 per cent to be at 60,099.38 & 17,909.80 levels, respectively.
