This midcap realty stock has witnessed strong buying interest from the institutions as it jumped over 4 per cent during the initial hours. It is among the leading players of the industry, working in the construction of residential, corporate and social projects.

Interestingly, if we look at the CY2022 performance of Pokarna and Orient Bell, the stock of Orient Bell jumped nearly 92 per cent in CY2022 whereas Pokarna unperformed Orient Bell by a wide margin as it delivered negative returns!   

The equity markets made an all-time high in October 2021 with Sensex touching the 62,000 level and Nifty gripping the 18,600 level.
