T20 breakout stocks: Best swing trading stocks to keep an eye on!

We have chalked down a list of the stocks based on the T20 breakout system.  

What a day it was for the Indian stock markets as Nifty and Sensex jumped 0.85 per cent & 0.80 per cent, respectively. The first full trading session of Samvat 2078 turned out to be fun-filled and quite a colourful one for the stock market participants. As after opening the day with solid gains, Nifty slipped in negative terrain in the initial part of the trading session.   

Nifty made a low of 17,836.10 during the day and what was amazing to see was that the bulls made a strong comeback as Nifty recovered more than 230 points from the day’s low and also, managed to close above its important psychological mark of 18,000.   

With this strong comeback from the bulls, it would be interesting to know which stocks are likely to be in the limelight. Hence, we have chalked down a list of the stocks based on the T20 breakout system.   

So, here is the list: 

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC): HDFC was the top contributor to Nifty as it added 33 points to Nifty’s kitty. The stock has made its way into the list as it closed above the 20-day high while volumes are higher in the last 20 days. Moreover, it witnessed some good action in the last 30 minutes of the trade today. Hence, watch out for the stock!    

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation: The stock had met the criteria of the T20 breakout system. It witnessed good movement in the first hour of the trading session and also, saw good momentum in the latter part of the trading session. Hence, it demands attention! 

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC): The stock jumped nearly 4.5 per cent and recorded its highest single-day volume in almost the last one month. Hence, keep a close watch on this stock.       

Manappuram Finance: The stock met the criteria of the T20 breakout system and also, witnessed a trending day. Furthermore, it closed near the day’s high; hence, keep a close watch on this stock.  

Muthoot Finance: The stock met the criteria of the T20 breakout system and witnessed a trending day. Furthermore, it has managed to close in the top quartile of the range while the volume activity was quite profound in the first half of the day. Hence, keep a close watch on this stock.    

Varun Beverages Ltd (VBL): The stock has made its way into the list as it closed above the 20-day high while its volumes are higher in the last 20 days. Moreover, the stock also closed near the day’s high. Hence, watch out for the stock!        

Prince Pipes & Fittings The stock witnessed good action on Monday as the volume and price criteria of the T20 breakout system have matched.
