Stocks to watch: These stocks will be in focus tomorrow!

VST Industries Ltd, Alok Industries Ltd and Meghmani Organics Ltd were among the top gainers on the BSE Smallcap index!

The Indian benchmark indices ended the trading session half a per cent lower, experiencing substantial losses in auto, capital goods, information technology, and banking sector stocks. With 1,994 shares rising on the BSE and 1,809 shares declining, the advance-decline ratio slightly remained in favour of advances. 

Watch out for these stocks in Wednesday’s trading session -

VST Industries Ltd: Emerging as the top gainer on the BSE Smallcap index, shares of the company witnessed an impressive 80-fold surge in trading volume, leading to a lock at the 20 per cent upper circuit. Achieving a new 52-week high, the shares reached Rs 4,065.30 each on the BSE. The company primarily engages in the manufacturing and trading of cigarettes, tobacco, and tobacco products.

Alok Industries Ltd: Despite a generally sluggish market, the company's shares were locked at a 20 per cent upper circuit and soared to a 52-week high of Rs 25.86 per share on the BSE. The company stands as a prominent textile industry player, crafting top-tier garments and boasting a collective total of over 500 stores in the UK and India.

Meghmani Organics Ltd: Ranked among the leading gainers in the BSE Smallcap index, the company's shares experienced robust buying momentum, surging over 15 per cent to reach an intraday high of Rs 92.80 on the BSE. Specializing in the manufacturing of pigments and agrochemicals, the company produces green and blue pigment products utilized in the production of printing ink, plastics, paints, textiles, leather, and rubber.
