Ashoka Buildcon - The company's joint venture with Cube Construction Engineering Limited emerged as the lowest bidder for a project of Department of Information Technology & Communication, Govt of Rajasthan. The awarded bid project cost for the project is Rs 611 crore. The share of the company in the joint venture stands at 65 per cent.
Dilip Buildcon - The company has been declared as L-1 bidder for Surat Metro Rail Project Phase -1 (Pkg-CS-6) in the state of Gujarat; the order is worth Rs 702 crore.
VA Tech Wabag - The company has secured an order for engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) of a 53 MLD desalination plant at Jamnagar (Gujarat) worth about Rs 430 crore from Reliance Industries Limited. It is worth noting that the company has already executed a 24 MLD SWRO plant on the same premises.
Endurance Technologies - The company acquired 51 per cent of the equity share capital of Maxwell Energy Systems on July 1, 2022, through a combination of primary issuance and secondary purchase. Consequent to the above, Maxwell is now a subsidiary of the company.
