On Thursday, Indian equity markets broke its losing streak and staged a decent recovery. Nifty 50 and Sensex climbed ~0.90 per cent each to close the session at 16,170.20 and 54,252.53 respectively.
BSE Smallcap index gained 0.78 per cent to close at 25,318.05. Top Gainers of the index include ITI, Greenlam Industries, Uttam Sugar Mills, Dr Lal PathLabs, AIA Engineering, HBL Power Systems and Ador Welding. Top Losers comprise Sequent Scientific, Techno Electric & Engineering, DFM Foods, Suzlon Energy, Rupa & Company and Esab India.

RattanIndia Enterprises – The company has acquired 60 per cent shareholding in India’s leading drone company - Throttle Aerospace Systems Pvt Ltd (TAS). This investment in TAS has been done through NeoSky India Limited (NeoSky), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited. NeoSky is engaged in the business of drones. TAS has a world-class team with proven product capabilities both on hardware and drone software platforms.
Goldiam International – The company has received additional export orders worth Rs 55 crore from its international clients for the manufacturing of diamond-studded gold jewellery. With this order, the company has an existing order book well above Rs 200 crore, which includes orders of lab-grown diamond jewellery.
Zydus Lifesciences – The company has received final approval from United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) to market Pemetrexed for injection. Pemetrexed is used to treat certain types of cancers such as lung cancer and mesothelioma. It is a chemotherapy drug that works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. The drug will be manufactured at Zydus Hospira. Pemetrexed for injection has a market size of USD 1,236 million (as per IQVIA MAT March 2022).
