Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus tomorrow!

HB Stockholdings, Angel One, Uttam Sugar Mills, Cupid, CL Educate, Zee Media Corporation, Bang Overseas, Genus Paper & Boards, Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings, Rossell India, VRL Logistics, Vedant Fashions, Rana Sugars, and Time Technoplast made a fresh 52-week high today

On Thursday, Indian equity markets extended their winning streak for the second straight day in a row. Frontline indices Nifty 50 and Sensex closed in the green territory at 17,398.50 and 57,931.11 respectively, up by ~1.57 per cent each. 
BSE Small-cap index climbed 1.46 per cent, closing at 29,396.56. Top Gainers of the index include Sadbhav Engineering, Uttam Sugar Mills, Angel One, Rossell India and Atul Auto. Top Losers comprise Jindal Worldwide, ISL Consulting, Nahar Spinning Mills, Capri Global Capital, Genus Power Infrastructures and Kalpataru Power Transmission.   

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, April 22, 2022:  

Dhanlaxmi Bank – The bank signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CBDT and CBIC for the collection of direct as well as indirect taxes. It has been authorised by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) based on the recommendation from Controller General of Accounts for the collection of various taxes. With this, the bank’s customers will soon be able to pay their direct taxes, GST payments, and other indirect taxes through the branch network & digital platforms of the bank. 

Capacite Infraprojects – The company has issued & allotted 200 senior, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 20 crore on a private placement basis.   

Ramkrishna Forgings – The company has won an export order with an estimated business value of Rs 33 crore over five years from Europe's leading tier-1 axle manufacturer for the front axle business.    

ARSS Infrastructure Projects – The company has received a work order of Rs 2.20 crore for the ‘Temporary Rail connectivity to MMLP Paradip’ project.  

52-week high stocks – HB Stockholdings, Angel One, Uttam Sugar Mills, Cupid, CL Educate, Zee Media Corporation, Bang Overseas, Genus Paper & Boards, Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings, Rossell India, VRL Logistics, Vedant Fashions, Rana Sugars, and Time Technoplast made a fresh 52-week high today.
