On Tuesday, the Sensex dropped by marginal 40 points to close at 57,613.72, while the Nifty 50 dipped by 18 points to close at 16,951.70. Among the BSE Smallcap gainers were Entertainment Network, Mangalam Organics, Shivalik Bimetal Controls and IFB Agro Industries.   

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, March 29, 2023:   

Royal Orchid Hotels: The company informed the exchange that it has launched its Regenta brand in Vadodara, Jhansi, Mohali, Greater Noida and Mahadevpura-Bangalore, marking significant growth for the company.  

Sterlite Technologies: The company informed the exchange that its optical fibre products testing labs have been rated highest on stringent quality standards set by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and Telecommunications Engineering Centre (TEC).  

Moschip Technologies: The company informed the exchange that it has signed share purchase agreement to acquire Softnautics Inc, a California based company with a focus on product engineering solutions in embedded, FPGA and VLSI. Softnautics has offices in California and India.
