Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Wednesday!

After a volatile session on Tuesday, the major equity benchmarks finished near the day's high with respectable gains.

Sensex made an all time high closing today at 61,758.39 levels. Also, Bank Nifty made all time high today at a level of 42,372.70. After a volatile session on Tuesday, the major equity benchmarks finished near the day's high with respectable gains. After making its low for the day at 18,282, the Nifty was able to close above the 18,400 level. Real estate, FMCG and IT shares fell while demand increased for auto, banking and financial services equities.

  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, November 16, 2022:  

  

Rail Vikas NigamThe shares of Rail Vikas Nigam soared by nearly 12 per cent to reach a price of Rs 60.75, as a result of spurt in the trading volume. The stock made a new 52-week high for the second consecutive day. The surge was seen as a result of positive Quarterly Results and closing a new contract worth Rs 1544 crores.   

  

Affordable Robotic & AutomationThe company has announced that it has won an order worth Rs 120 crores. This news affected the stock positively, resulting in an increase in the trading volume by 2 times. The shares were locked in the upper circuit at a price of Rs 156.50 per share.   

  

Fineotex ChemicalThe company has secured a Rs. 150 crore specialty performance chemical order from a leading FMCG company. This new product business is a result of the company’s consistent high quality product development, focus on contract performance and continuing to build long-term relationships with global customers.   

 

Renaissance GlobalThe shares of Renaissance global have been making new 52-week highs for four consecutive trading sessions. Today the shares of this company zoomed by 20 per cent, locking in the upper circuit at a price of Rs 101.45 per share.
