Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Wednesday!

The Indian benchmark indices i.e. BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 ended in deep red on Thursday.

The Indian benchmark indices i.e. BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 ended in deep red on Thursday. Sensex dropped 843 points during the day and ended up closing at 57,147. Following the path, Nifty50 only fell 257 points to finish the day at 16,983 level. Bank Nifty fell 380 points to end the day at 38,712 level. 

  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, October 12, 2022: 

  

ITD Cementation India: The company received three orders worth Rs 1,755 crore, all of which are for infrastructure development projects. The company has secured orders worth Rs 7,900 crore since April 2022 to date. The shares of ITD Cementation India soared nearly 3 per cent and closed at a price of Rs 114.65 per share. 

  

Panacea Biotec: The company informed that it has received long-term supply awards worth Rs 1,040 crore from UNICEF and Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO) for the supply of its WHO pre-qualified fully-liquid pentavalent vaccine. The shares of Panacea Biotec were locked in the upper circuit after surging 20 per cent at Rs 160.80 per share. 

  

RateGain Travel Technologies: RateGain Travel Technologies (RateGain), a global SaaS company for travel & hospitality, today announced that it has been selected by Royal Orchid Hotels to drive profitability & better connectivity with bundled solution offerings from RateGain. The shares of RateGain Travel Technologies gained more than 2 per cent and closed at Rs 287.30 per share. 

  

Everest Industries: The shares of Everest Industries reached a new 52-week high of Rs 903.10 per share on October 11 after surging more than 14 per cent. The stock was seen making a new 52-week high three times in the past one week. The company recorded a PAT of Rs 21.20 crore in the last quarter. 

  

52-week high stocks: Chalet Hotels, Gujarat Themis Biosyn, PG Electroplast, Shoppers Stop, Rolex Rings, and Tata Chemicals.
