AMI Organics: The company informed the exchange that it has approved acquisition of 55 per cent partnership interest in Baba Fine Chemicals, a fine speciality chemicals company focused on custom synthesis and manufacturing of intermediates. This acquisition heralds AMI Organics’ foray into the high entry barrier semiconductor industry.
Solar Industries: The company informed the exchange that the wholly owned subsidiary, Economic Explosives Ltd, has signed a contract for supply of Loitering Munition with Ministry of Defense, Government of India. The contract is for value of Rs 212 crore to be delivered within a period of 1 year.
Gradiente Infotainment: The company announced that they have bagged a GIS Project from VISICOM, an International Joint Stock company headquartered in Ukraine, for their US operations.
