Transformers and Rectifiers (India): The company informed the exchange that has been awarded orders of Transformers for a total contract value of Rs 131 crore from one of the Central Utility. With this order, the company’s order book as of date stands at Rs 1882 crore.
Krsnaa Diagnostics: The company informed the exchange that the company has been granted a Tender by the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation in Thane, Maharashtra to offer diagnostic services (including Radiology and Pathology) to patients within the jurisdiction of the municipality. The services will be provided under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement.
Kilburn Engineering: The company announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Idreco S.A., a Switzerland-based enterprise that specializes in flue gas cleaning, industrial plants, water treatment and waste water treatment.
