Suprajit Engineering: The Suprajit Company is happy to announce that the Electronics Facility in Doddaballapur was officially opened today. Digital clusters, throttle position sensors, rotary sensors and lock actuators are now in production as a result of fresh orders from diverse clients. The production from this plant will primarily go to companies that make electric vehicles. The share of Suprajit engineering rose by 2 per cent and closed at Rs 329 per share.
NCC: NCC has received two new orders for Rs. 1056 crore (exclusive of GST) in the month of October 2022. All these orders pertain to Water & Environment Division and is received from State Government agencies and does not include any internal order.
Tejas Networks: Tejas Networks announced today that the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has approved its application under the Design-led Production Linked Incentive (PLI) plan of the Government of India for the production of Telecom and Networking equipment. The company pledged in its application to invest a minimum of 750 crore rupees in capital during the course of the scheme.
Mahindra Logistics: Today, the company, has been granted approval by the Investment Committee of the Board to enter into a Business Transfer Agreement with Rivigo Services Private Limited and its promoter for purchase of its B2B express business, as a going concern, on slump sale basis, for a lump sum consideration of Rs 225 crores.
