Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Thursday!

Sensex ended in red, falling by 287 points at 59,543 level.

Sensex ended in red, falling by 287 points at 59,543 level. Nifty 50 followed the same path, dropping by 74 points and ending the day at 17,656 points. In line with this, Bank Nifty also slipped 182 points to close the day at 41,122 level.  

  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, October 27, 2022:  

  

Surya RoshniThe company has won orders from Adani Total Gas Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, and SKN- Haryana City Gas, totalling Rs 10.53 crore (including GST) for the supply of API-5L 3LPE coated ERW pipes & bare pipes. The shares of Surya Roshni climbed more than 2 per cent and closed at Rs 438.05 per cent in today’s trading session.  

  

SJVNThe business announced that SJVN Green Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has begun commissioning its 75 MW solar power project in Uttar Pradesh. The project will produce 168.34 million units (MUs) of energy in the first year, and over the course of 25 years, it will produce roughly 3,919 MUs of energy in total. This would contribute to an annual increase in income of about Rs 45.11 crore, improving both the top and bottom lines of the balance sheet.  

  

KEC InternationalKEC International Ltd, a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders worth Rs 2,042 crore across its various businesses. The business has secured orders for T&D projects in the Middle East and the Americas. The shares of KEC International surged more than 2 per cent on the back of this news.  

  

Ramkrishna ForgingsThe company declared its Quarterly Results for Q2FY23. It reported a jump of 73 per cent in the PAT and PAT margin to Rs 118 crore as compared to last year's same period numbers. The company’s revenue rose 42 per cent and stood at Rs 824 crore.   

  

52-week high stocks: Bharat Dynamics, CMS Info Systems, D-Link (India), KEI Industries, and Venus Pipes & Tubes.
