Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Thursday!

The domestic equity indices ended the day with exceptional gains on October 4, following the global cues and declining dollar as well as US bond yields.

The domestic equity indices ended the day with exceptional gains on October 4, following the global cues and declining dollar as well as US bond yields. Sensex appreciated by 1,276 points while Nifty 50 climbed 386 points to close at 16,878 level. Likewise, Bank Nifty index saw an upsurge of 1,080 points and ended at 39,110 level. 

  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, October 6, 2022: 

  

Angel OneThe company declared that its client base has increased by 11.57 million vs 6.5 million on a year-on-year basis. The shares of Angel One zoomed by more than 13 per cent on October 4 and closed at Rs 1,533.95 per share. The net sales have grown by 54 per cent while PAT grew exponentially by 73 per cent on a YoY basis. 

  

Dilip BuildconThe company announced that it has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) for Surat Metro Rail Project in Gujarat. The order is worth Rs 1,061.00 crore. The shares of Dilip Buildcon have shot up by more than 4 per cent to close at a price of Rs 219.40 per share. 

  

Power Mech ProjectsThe shares of Power Mech Power made a 52-week high during today’s trading session to reach a price of Rs 2,025 apiece. The stock has surged nearly 17 per cent in the past three trading sessions. Its net sales stood at Rs 2,294.92 crore as it has grown by more than 21 per cent. 

  

Rama Steel TubesThe company has announced its sales volume performance wherein, it registered a sales volume of 48,774.67 tonnes in Q2FY23. In Q2FY23, the sales volume would get a further boost from the commissioning and ramp-up of new capacity expansion at Khopoli Plant, Maharashtra. Today, its shares touched the upper circuit to reach a price of Rs 110 per share. 

  

52-week high stocks: Apar Industries, Blue Dart Express, Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Lemon Tree Hotels, and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders.
