On Friday, Sensex tanked 452.90 points to close at 59, 900.37, while the Nifty 50 dropped 132.70 points to close at 17,859.45. Among the Nifty top gainers were Britannia, M&M, Reliance, BPCL and Bajaj Auto, while, TCS, JSW Steel, InusInd Bank, Bajaj Finserv and Tech Mahindra were among the Top Losers.

D B Realty: The company announced that Mr. Asif Balwa, has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours on January 5, 2023 and will be replaced by Mr. Atul Bhatnagar.
Muthoot Capital Services: The company announced that it has issued Commercial Paper (CP) of Rs 30 crore.
TCPL Packaging: The company announced that it has further invested in Rights Issue of its subsidiary company, Creative Offset Printers Private Limited (COPPL) and has been allotted 45,844 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 2.59 crore. Post allotment of shares, the company will hold 84.07 per cent of the share capital of COPPL.
