Indices traded firm ahead of the closing bell. S&P BSE Sensex rallied 93 points and ended at a level of 59,781.89. Similarly, Nifty 50 index climbed 34 points to reach 17,833.35 points.
S&P BSE Smallcap index, however, increased 42 points and closed at 29,517.58. The Top Gainers of the index include Themis Medicare, 3i Infotech, Nazara Technologies, and Stove Kraft.

Aurionpro Solutions: In the mass transit, industrial & public safety sectors, Delhi-based Toshi Automatic Systems (TAS) is a provider of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Aurionpro Solutions recently announced that it has successfully closed the deal for the acquisition of the majority ownership (51 per cent) in TAS. As a result, Aurionpro has finished buying the majority of TAS and changed the company's name to Aurionpro Toshi Automatic Systems (ATAS). The acquisition of Rs 14 crore was wholly-financed through internal accruals. The shares of Aurionpro Solutions rose 2.85 per cent and closed at Rs 351.65 per share.
Hatsun Agro Products: SBI Mutual Fund bought an additional stake of 15.2 lakh shares or 0.7 per cent in the company through open market transactions. This mutual fund increased its stake from 4.9 per cent to 5.6 per cent in the company. The shares of Hatsun Agro rocketed by 7.5 per cent to reach a price of Rs 1,123.55 per share.
Bhageria Industries: The company witnessed a surge in trading volume today, as a result of which, the shares of Bhageria Industries appreciated more than 10 per cent in just two trading sessions. The stock has outperformed the sector of dyes & pigments in which it operates by 2.06 per cent. The shares of Bhageria Industries ended at Rs 200.85 per share after soaring by more than 7 per cent on September 09.
