Aurionpro Solutions: The shares of Aurionpro Solutions hit a new 52-week high today. The stock surged nearly 10 per cent today, touching a price of Rs 445.15 per share. The company delivered RoCE of 22.68 per cent in FY22. Moreover, it also delivered the highest net sales of Rs 145.52 crore in the last quarter.
Arman Financial Services: Arman Financial Services, which is a category A non-banking finance company (NBFC), declared that its board of directors has approved the allotment of securities worth Rs 115 crore to marquee investors on a preferential basis. The shares rose more than 2 per cent on this news today.
Navneet Education Limited: The company's subsidiary - Navneet Futuretech Ltd (NFL) informed that with a view to building a respectable presence in tutoring Saas platform, it has purchased Class A equity shares, aggregating to 48.20 per cent of equity share capital from the existing shareholders of Genext Students Private Limited (Genext).
Pricol: The shares of this company have been marking a new 52-week high for three consecutive days and reached Rs 193.45 levels today. The stock outperformed the sector by 17.05 per cent on Thursday. The company has recorded the highest net sales in the past quarter of Rs 455.15 crore.
