HCL Technologies: HCL Technologies announced an agreement with Tenneco Inc. The company will help Tenneco in enhancing their IT simplification, modernisation & transformation journey while helping to reduce technical complexities and support the global IT application portfolio.   

Hindalco Industries: Novelis announces the closing of €500 million senior green notes offering.  

Hero MotoCorp: The first unit of new electric scooter, Ather 450X was presented to Dr Pawan Munjal, Chairman & CEO of Hero MotoCorp.  

Sunteck Realty: Sunteck Realty Ltd enters into JV to develop 7 acres of waterfront residences at Borivali West in Mumbai; estimated to see a revenue generation of over Rs 1,750 crore.   

Dhampur Sugar: The company has acquired 100 per cent shareholding in RMSD Enterprises Private Limited.  

Rossari Biotech: Rossari Biotech announces full commissioning of its greenfield manufacturing facility in Dahej (Gujarat).  

Prince Pipes & Fittings: The company has confirmed the receipt of the balance amount of Rs 13.9 crore from Prince Marketing. This marks the full & final receipt of Rs 40 crore from the latter.  

Infosys: Infosys and LivePerson announce first-of-its-kind partnership to drive customer experience transformation for the world’s biggest brands.  

Acrysil: The company has recently commenced the dispatches of Quartz Kitchen sinks to IKEA Supply AG.  

Hindustan Aeronautics: Despite COVID-19, the company recorded revenue over Rs 22,700 crore in FY 2020-21.   

Axis Bank: The bank has entered into a share purchase agreement on March 31, 2021 for the sale of a 100 per cent stake in its subsidiary, Axis Bank UK Limited to OpenPayd Holdings Limited.  

EKC: Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited in India has received a remittance equivalent of RMB 54.62 million while EKC International FZE, Dubai has received a remittance equivalent of RMB 30.77 million, proportionate to their shareholding of 63.96 per cent and 36.04 per cent, respectively in EKC Industries (Tianjin) Co. Ltd.  

3i Infotech: The company completes the sale of its global software business while the proceeds of the same would be used to pay outstanding facilities along with foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB).   

Likhitha Infrastructure: A contract of Rs 34.63 crore has been received from IndianOil-Adani Gas Private Limited. Accordingly, the company has received total orders/contracts worth Rs 234.85 crore during the quarter from January 2021 to March 2021.  

Heranba Industries: The company is adding capacity at its Unit 4 situated in Vapi for which, it has started capital expenditure. The company expects to start commercial production by Q3FY22.
