Navin Fluorine International: The company’s promoter, Vishad P Mafatlal has informed that the company has sold an aggregate of 1,40,000 equity shares for charity and personal reasons.   

Intellect Design Arena: Intellect launches Magic Aadhaar, an AI-powered comprehensive Aadhaar processing solution to identify, extract, validate and mask Aadhaar details.  

Wipro: The company announced that Appirio, a Wipro company, is helping National Grid transform its business with an omnichannel customer experience by unifying its engagement with 68 million customers across two continents.   

DCW: The company has completed the refinancing of its debt with the issuance of NCDs amounting to Rs 350 crore and OCDs to be converted into equity within 18 months, amounting to Rs 60 crore. DCW will utilise the funds in refinancing the existing term loans and augment working capital. The company expects this fundraise to enhance capacity utilisation and meet increasing product demand. These NCDs carry a moratorium of 18 months and tenure of six years.  

PSP Projects: The company is in receipt of a letter of acceptance (LOA) amounting to Rs 1,491.34 crore (excluding GST) for the construction of medical colleges & hospitals at multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, our company has secured new work orders worth Rs 25.58 crore (excluding GST) for residential and institutional projects from various clients in Gujarat.   

Lemon Tree: The company has signed a licence agreement for an 80-room upcoming hotel at Biratnagar in Nepal under the brand, ‘Lemon ‘Tree Premier’. The hotel is expected to be operational by January 2023. This will be the third hotel of the company in Nepal, after Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
