Stocks that are likely to record significant movement on bourses today

KEC International: KEC International Ltd, a global infrastructure EPC major & an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders worth Rs 1,681 crore across its various businesses.  

Prestige Estate Projects: The company has acquired a 99 per cent stake in Ace Realty Ventures.   

Magma Fincorp: The company has received a communication from CARE Ratings whereby, the rating of the company’s long/short-term bank facilities (CARE AA-/CARE A1+) has been placed on a watch with developing implications.  

L&T Finance Holdings: L&T Finance Holdings closed its rights issue to raise Rs 2,998.61 crore. The rights issue was oversubscribed by approximately 15 per cent.  

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone: Adani Ports acquires Dighi Port; earmarks Rs 10,000 crore to build a new gateway into Maharashtra.  

Mahindra Lifespace: Mahindra Lifespace announced the inauguration of Yanmar Group facility at ORIGINS, Chennai. ORIGINS, Chennai is an industrial park developed to international standards in a joint venture between a subsidiary of MLDL and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan.   

Infosys: Infosys McCamish completes the purchase of automated new business and underwriting platform from STEP Solutions.   

Heritage Foods: Heritage Novandie Foods Pvt Ltd launches French Yoghurt brand, 'Mamie Yova' in India.  

Muthoot Finance: CRISIL Ratings upgrades long-term debt rating of Muthoot Finance Ltd from CRISIL AA/positive to CRISIL AA+/stable.  

Inox Wind: The company has bagged orders of 62 MW from IPPs and retail customers, spread across various industries for third party sales and captive consumption.  

IndusInd Bank: IndusInd International Holdings Ltd (IIHL), the promoter company of IndusInd Bank, confirms that it has completed its capital raise through its Rights issue, which was oversubscribed. IIHL raised capital at an overwhelming premium of 1,400 per cent towards the subscription of this Rights issue.   

ICICI Bank: ICICI Bank has entered into an agreement in relation to an investment in the equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) of Thillais Analytical Solutions Private Limited.  

Ashok Leyland: The company had invested a total amount of Rs 18.66 crore, constituting 26 per cent in the paid-up share capital of Prathama Solarconnect Energy Private Limited.  

TVS Srichakra: TVS Srichakra signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tamil Nadu Government to facilitate the investment programme of Rs 1,000 crore.
