5Paisa Capital: Q1FY22 began with a healthy top-line growth of 22 per cent QoQ and 44 per cent YoY. Revenue growth is driven by robust growth in customer base as well as cross-sell income. The company onboarded more than 2,78,000 new clients during the quarter, taking the total number of registered customers to 16.3 lakh. The mobile app of 5paisa had about 76.7 lakh downloads at the end of the quarter with a 4.1-star rating on Google Play Store.  

Sequent Scientific: The company announces EU GMP approval for its tablet's dosage form in Turkey.   

Dodla Dairy: Managing Director of the company commented, “Dodla will continue to focus on our core products including milk & curd while looking to expand the offerings to regions in South India where we are currently not established. We continue to work on value-added products and we believe that this will further give a fillip to our product and margin profile in the future.”  

TCS: The company expands in Arizona. It plans to invest $300 million by 2026 in local job creation & community STEM education.   

Praj Industries: Europe-headquartered World BioEconomy Forum announced the induction of Dr Pramod Chaudhari, Founder Chairman of Praj Industries in the advisory board. This is the first time that India has secured such a position, signalling the rising prowess of its domestic bioeconomy.   

ICICI Bank: The bank clarified that the value of ICICI Bank’s credit card transactions at POS for May 2021 was 9,51,746 lakh and not 12,23,298 lakh as appears in the recent data release on ‘Bank-wise ATM/POS/Card Statistics- May 2021’. The bank’s credit card transactions at POS grew by about 124 per cent YoY by value in May 2021.   

Amara Raja Batteries: High Court of Andhra Pradesh has extended the interim suspension order pertaining to closure order from Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) for the company’s plants situated at Karakambadi, Tirupati & Nunegundlapalli village, Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh by four weeks or until further orders, whichever is earlier while the next date of hearing is scheduled for July 26, 2021.

Dilip Buildcon: The company has informed regarding an accident that occurred at the project site at Anandapuram- Pendurthi Anakapalli, NH 05 (new NH-16) in the state of Andhra Pradesh.   

Tinplate: Income for the quarter ended June 2021 rose to Rs 866 crore vs Rs 380 crore YoY. The net profit came in at Rs 68.62 crore vs a loss of Rs 6.80 crore.
