Hero MotoCorp, Adani Power, Adani Transmission, Blue Star, Caplin Point Laboratories, Praj Industries, Raymond, Solara Active Pharma Sciences, Sundram Fasteners, Tata Consumer Products, and Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation are some of the companies, which will release their quarterly earnings on May 6, 2021.  

Oracle Financial Services: The board of directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday have approved an interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 of Rs 200 per equity share of the face value of Rs 5 each. 

Deepak Nitrite Ltd: The board of directors of the company approved the re-appointment of Maulik D Mehta as a Whole Time Director, designated as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, for a further period of five years, with effect from May 9, 2021. 

Godrej Industries: The Management Committee of the board of directors of Godrej Industries Limited had on May 5, 2021, approved the information memorandum for the issuance of up to 7,500 rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 750 crore on a private placement basis. 

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd: The company has announced that supplies of oxygen to its manufacturing facilities located in Tarapur (Maharashtra) and Kandla (Gujarat) have been restored to normal levels. Over the last few days, oxygen supplies had been curtailed due to the significantly higher requirement from hospitals and other healthcare facilities.  

Wipro: Wipro announced a partnership with Transcell Oncologics to transform vaccine safety assessment using augmented intelligence (AI). This partnership combines Transcell's innovative stem cell technology with the advanced augmented intelligence capabilities of Wipro HOLMES to improve the safety of global vaccine immunisation programmes. 

IDBI Bank: As per an official statement, Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), on May 5, granted approval for the long-pending 'strategic disinvestment' of IDBI Bank Limited.  

Adani Green Energy: Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) on Wednesday reported a rise of over 8 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 105 crore in March quarter against a consolidated net profit of Rs 97 crore for the quarter ended on March 31, 2020, a BSE filing said.
