Stocks in high demand: Top three Group A stocks that surged in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 69.71 points. By 9.15 am, the index was trading at the level of 59,133.96, signifying gains of 14.24 points or 0.02 per cent. 

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals shined by 0.51 per cent whereas power weakened by 0.21 per cent and auto slipped by half a per cent. 

Meanwhile, Dish TV India Ltd, Tasty Bite Eatables, and ESAB India emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Dish TV India Ltd, an S&P BSE SmallCap company, surged 10 per cent to trade at Rs 22.33 apiece. On Monday, the company's Chairman and Director Jawahar Goel resigned. 

Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd, another S&P BSE SmallCap company, rallied 7.24 per cent to trade at Rs 13,290 apiece. On Thursday, the company reported about a shareholder meeting that pertained to the postal ballot outcome of the company's 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

ESAB India Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, climbed 4.12 per cent to trade at Rs 3,404 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in its share price could be driven purely by market forces.
